What we do.

Yemen
In addition to food and hygiene packages, many IDPs were assisted with shelters. One part of this aid focused on orphans who had lost their parents in the turmoil of the civil war and were left to fend for themselves without an adult caregiver.

Iraq
With its trusted partners, Anugerah was once again able to provide valuable medical assistance to IDPs and members of minorities this year. The Anugerah-funded mobile clinic traveled to remote mountain villages where minorities live as well as camps for IDPs in order to offer consultations. Every month, more than 500 patients were treated on three days per week.

Indonesia
Anugerah’s partner is committed to helping children and young people who are excluded from the regular school system in Indonesia. There are many reasons for this: children cannot keep up with the school requirements, they are excluded due to disabilities or they simply lack the official papers for registration.
